By using any MVP Cache LLC service, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by MVP Cache LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including those who browse without an account and those with registered accounts.

MVP Cache LLC is a Texas limited liability company that serves as the parent entity for a suite of software applications and digital services. Individual apps operating under MVP Cache LLC may have their own supplemental terms, which will be presented to you within those specific applications. In the event of a conflict, the supplemental terms of the specific app govern.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Some of our services allow or require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Keep your password confidential and secure

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

MVP Cache LLC offers both free and paid tiers across its applications. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise

• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice

Free services are provided "as is" and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software or content

• Use our services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any violations of this section, including immediate account termination.

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials associated with MVP Cache LLC and its applications are the exclusive property of MVP Cache LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without express written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that input in any way we see fit.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Conduct that harms other users or MVP Cache LLC

• Non-payment of applicable fees

• Any behavior we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for termination of your account. If you wish to appeal a termination, you may contact us at the information in Section 13.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Cache LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
